Employee of the Month! July 2022

The North Central Agency would like to nominate Nicole Pierce for Employee of the Month. Nicole continues to assume leadership roles through coaching staff and providing necessary trainings to meet regulations.

Last week, Nicole picked up a toddler client who had obvious bruising. Nicole got the child out of the foster family’s care and immediately call the DHHR to report her concern. She also volunteered to stay with the child in hopes to keep him comfortable during the hospital process.

The hospital identified the injuries as “non accidental”. Nicole’s attention to detail has now prevented this child from further abuse.
